Our presence in the UK dates back to 2019 when the first branch of Enco Finance was opened in London. Our trading name at that time was Mark Nelson.

Global Transfer Finance is a place where we all strive for success — together

In 2019, the UK branches Wilson Corps and Allied Bank Limited (ABL) transferred their business to Mark Allied International Bank PLC (MAIB) and began trading as Global Transfer Finance UK. Enco Finance shareholding was 80.5% held by MBL and the remaining 12.5% by ABL. In 2021, Enco Finance acquired 100% shareholding in Wilson Corps Bank Limited (WCBL), a bank incorporated in the UK. At the time of the acquisition, WCLB had four branches in the UK and one branch in Zurich, Switzerland. Following the acquisition, the banking business of WCLB was merged with GFV in December 2021 through a statutory transfer of business and continued trading as Enco Finance.
In September 2022, WCBL changed its name to Enco Finance Limited. In December 2023, both the trading and registered name of Wislon Corps Bank was changed to “Enco Finance” trading as GFVault.
